Hy-Vee, like most retailers, uses social platforms to engage its customers on a continual basis. My team developed a calendar of Instagram posts for November and December to help the grocer boost its customer interactions and promote upcoming features. Following Hy-Vee’s sales and marketing objectives for the holiday months, the content targeted specific promotions through informative, inspirational, and entertaining posts. A #Thankful campaign for November, custom photography, gif animation, and slide shows captured attention in the competitive Instagram environment.
